  • Commercial Capabilities:  Build and scale data-enabled commercial capabilities – revenue growth management via Route to Market, Value Management, Key Account Management, e-commerce, promotions and discounts, and end-to-end go-to-market – integrating multiple data sources to capture each market’s specific needs.
  • Digital Transformation & AI:  Lead digital transformation aligned with global standards, including the target operating model and a matrix organization. Champion innovation and emerging technologies such as AI and image-recognition programs.
  • Core Systems Modernization:  Own the upgrade of regional ERP and core platforms – leading and aligning pace, capex, and cost – so the business can take clear ownership of choices and priorities.
  • Standardization:  Drive standardization across markets at differing maturity levels while respecting local starting points and constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management:  Influence and engage senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for IT projects and digital transformation efforts.
  • Program Ownership:  Take full ownership of IT programs within the CEEI region, ensuring successful implementation and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Regional IT Teams:  Build, develop, and empower high-performing, lean regional teams. Lead hands-on, stay close to delivery, and be visible in the markets, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, and continuous development.
  • Budget Management:  Own and manage the IT budget for the CEEI region, ensuring effective allocation of resources and financial oversight.
  • Managing Ambiguity & Complexity:  Navigate and lead through ambiguous and complex situations, setting clear priorities and supporting teams through uncertainty.

  • Resilient under pressure; adapts quickly to change and maintains performance.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty; decisive in complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Committed to inclusiveness and care for diversity, ensuring a supportive and equitable environment.
  • Proven in matrix organizations, collaborating across multiple reporting lines to deliver integrated IT solutions and drive alignment.
