Key Account Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join us as Key Account Executive for our sales region in Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales volume targets and strengthening market share by building strong business partnerships with customers across assigned outlets. If you enjoy engaging with people, anticipating customer needs, and driving in‑store execution excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Promote and sell our product portfolio to assigned outlets, ensuring the right product mix and availability.
- Evaluate and anticipate customer needs, recommend win‑win solutions, and cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Forecast sales and market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales plans aligned with overall Sales strategies.
- Actively pursue new opportunities, follow up on sales leads, and drive conversion through structured territory planning.
- Partner with Marketing to execute high‑quality promotions, activations, and in‑store campaigns that elevate brand presence.
- Ensure excellent in‑store execution, including product visibility, placement, and compliance with brand standards.
- Gather market insights and feedback, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Must possess a valid full driving license-A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
- Willing to relocate as required, would be an added advantage
