Event Coordinator (Johor & Melaka)

We are now looking for an energetic and driven individual to join us as Event Coordinator for our sales region in Johor & Melaka, managing and securing functions across the region. If you enjoy engaging with people, coordinating events, and delivering great brand moments, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

What you'll be doing

Identify and secure new event/function opportunities within assigned outlets, community partners, and key trade channels in Johor and Melaka.

• Secure and grow event/function opportunities by engaging outlets and regional partners across Johor and Melaka.

• Oversee on‑site execution to ensure smooth operations, consistent brand visibility, and high‑quality consumer experiences.

• Provide post‑event insights through basic performance reviews, feedback collection, and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years working experience preferably in sales, events coordination or in the F&B/hospitality industry

• Strong administrative skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).

• Possess a valid car driving license.
