We are looking for someone eager to learn and work alongside the People & Culture team on Payroll & Administration tasks, gaining insight into key processes for managing people and the organization.

What you will do

As part of the People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues on payroll and personnel administration tasks, while also engaging with broader projects and processes that support the employee experience within the company.

Specifically, you will:

  • support administrative tasks related to time and attendance tracking and data gathering for the payroll process, developing precision, confidentiality, and attention to detail;
  • contribute to managing and updating P&C data, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards;
  • participate in the onboarding process for new hires by supporting organizational tasks, contributing to the Employee Handbook, and helping ensure a positive entry experience;
  • support the organization of training and development initiatives by handling operational aspects, communications, and coordination with the people involved;
  • collaborate on internal engagement programs and People & Culture initiatives, assisting with material preparation, feedback collection, and activity follow-up;
  • support the project to design and update the People & Culture webpage, helping to gather and organize content and define a clear, accessible user experience;
  • gain exposure to recruitment and selection activities by supporting the team with organizational and procedural tasks; You will also have the opportunity to learn the internal role classification system and understand how it links to compensation & benefits and salary review processes. You will contribute to improving, digitizing, and simplifying People & Culture (P&C) processes by seeking out more efficient solutions, streamlining recurring tasks, reducing manual work, and enhancing service quality, efficiency, and reliability.

What we are looking for

We would like to meet someone with:

  • a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Labor Consultancy, Political Science, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
  • an interest in the People & Culture field, with a particular focus on payroll, personnel administration, and labor regulations;
  • curiosity regarding key aspects of the employment relationship, labor costs, and P&C administrative requirements;
  • excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, along with an interest in exploring digital solutions to automate and streamline processes;
  • precision, discretion, reliability, and strong attention to detail;
  • good organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and following procedures;
  • a collaborative approach, a willingness to listen and provide support, digital curiosity, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment;
  • fluency in English.

The following will be considered a plus:

  • basic knowledge of labor law and/or previous academic or project experience in payroll, personnel administration, or labor consultancy;
  • familiarity with P&C management software, time and attendance systems, or digital tools supporting administrative processes;

Location: Milan (Via Washington), with availability to travel to the Induno Olona Brewery.

Contract type: 6-month internship. Upon completion, there is a possibility of being hired on a fixed-term contract.

Reimbursement: €800 gross/month.

Ticket restaurant: €8/day

Smart working: up to 2 days/week.
