Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand building: Coordinating with the regional marketing team to implement brand-building activities, in-store activations, and events.
  • Portfolio management: Identifying opportunities to introduce new products and optimize the brand mix per market.
  • Performance monitoring: Regularly reviewing sales, inventory, and market performance, generating reports and recommendations to maximize results and protect margins.
  • Collaboration with Carlsberg France: Maintaining constant interaction with the legal and commercial teams in France regarding contracts, costs, product launches, innovations, and forecasts.
  • Regional alignment: Working closely with the Regional Manager LATAM & US to share sales performance insights and market results, aligning regional strategies and identifying cross-market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional cooperation: Cooperating with Carlsberg CE&L back-up teams (e.g., Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure smooth business execution.
  • Strategic initiatives: Exploring opportunities for local production, licensing agreements, and other strategic partnerships that can strengthen Carlsberg’s presence in the region.
