Role overview

 

In this role, you will lead the identification, design, implementation and governance of AI-driven automation across People & Culture, with a key focus on SAP Joule and other enterprise AI applications.

You will join the Digital Adoption & Experience team and act as Product Owner for SAP Joule and related AI-enabled employee experience solutions. Reporting to the People@Carlsberg Implementation Manager, you will translate strategic priorities into solutions that improve adoption, operational efficiency, process quality and business value, while also contributing AI expertise across the wider P&C Transformation team.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Drive the AI automation strategy and roadmap across People & Culture processes.
  • Identify use cases for SAP Joule and generative AI assistants.
  • Design AI-powered workflows, copilots and self-service solutions.
  • Partner with process owners to optimize and automate end-to-end processes.
  • Define governance, risk and compliance standards for AI solutions.
  • Monitor adoption, benefits realization and KPI performance.
  • Manage stakeholders across relevant areas in IT, P&C and external vendors.
  • Provide training and change management support.

                                                                                                

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Joule, including integrations and global deployment environments.
  • Significant experience in HR technology, HRIS, automation, AI-enabled business solutions or digital transformation within a complex international organization.
  • Solid understanding of global People & Culture processes, employee lifecycle processes and digital service delivery.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or related technologies.
