AR INTERN WITH GERMAN, POZNAŃ

Role & team overview

Our team manages customer receivables by taking care of customer accounts. We support the allocation of incoming payments and handle unapplied cash. We stay in touch with our customers, clarify disputes, and answer customer questions. The team prepares financial analysis of the customer line items on an ongoing basis and is involved in the closing activities of the AR at the end of the month.

We are looking forward to growing our team of about 10 members with different backgrounds and skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Various accounting tasks in the area of account receivables for the German market
• Working on claims and disputes for customers in Germany
• Handling invoicing process for Carlsberg Germany
• Learning how to use different tools (excel, outlook, teams) and how to work with SAP

We're looking for colleagues who:

• Enjoy international environment
• Have proficiency in MS Office
• Speak English communicatively (at min. B2 level)
• Speak German communicatively (at min. B1 level)
• Have a teamwork approach
• Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
