Role & Team Overview

 

We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team, which consists of 8 professionals focused on managing customer receivables and ensuring the accuracy of customer accounts.

As an Intern, you will support the team in resolving customer inquiries, assisting with dispute handling and contributing to ad-hoc daily tasks. You will help maintain clean and accurate customer accounts and gain insight into financial processes related to receivables.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to explore commercial back-end operations, develop problem-solving and communication skills and work in an international, corporate environment.

The AR Team is part of the Customer to Cash department.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Provide daily operational support to the Accounts Receivable Team, ensuring tasks are completed in line with established goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with various accounting activities related to customer receivables, specifically for the German market.
  • Support the resolution of customer claims and disputes, helping maintain accurate and clean customer accounts.
  • Participate in the invoicing process for Carlsberg Germany, ensuring timely and correct billing.
  • Gain hands-on experience with key tools such as Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SAP.

 

We are looking for colleague who:

 

  • Is currently pursuing university studies, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management, Administration.
  • Is open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible.
  • Is motivated to learn and develop new skills.
  • Has a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Has a communicative level of English (min. B2).
  • Has a basic communicative level of German (A2 or higher).
  • Has a basic working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Is available for at least 20 hours per week.

  • 6-month paid internship with the possibility of extension.
  • Flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours per week).
  • Hybrid work model – partly from home, partly from our new office in the center of Poznań.
