Role overview
Central Contract Coordination Team is all about performing procurement operational activities. This team, currently made of 10 experts, supports and coordinates purchase contracts and materials maintenance for 16 markets belonging to Carlsberg Group.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the team in providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system
- Providing necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
- Dealing with price discrepancies on supplier invoices
- Being responsible for purchasing contracts and the material creation process
- Maintaining and ensuring that the governance for purchasing contracts & master data maintenance is applied
- Working with SAP and Excel
- Creating reports for the team
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- Have good organizational skills
- Have teamwork approach
- Have an understanding of the agreed quality standards and are motivated to deliver it
- Are effective communicators and have very good English language skills
- Enjoy the international environment
- Have a degree or during the studies in business
- Are focused on the details and able to work under tight deadlines
- Are available for at least 25-35 hrs per week
The following skills would be beneficial:
- Experience with working in an SAP environment
- Practical experience with the Microsoft Office package
