Role overview
Team Leader of Central Contract Coordination (CCC) Team is part of the Purchase to Pay department that supports the operations of the Integrated Supply Chain Centre (ISC). Team Leader of the CCC Team will lead a team of 10 Coordinators and have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Central Contract Coordinaton Team, what means: ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of Outline Agreements in SAP, timely verification and approvals of price discrepancy invoices, maintaining collaborative relationship with Procurement stakeholders and suppliers.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing Central Contract Coordination team daily operations
- Growing and shaping the CCC team following the business requirements
- Managing international stakeholders
- Supervision and accountability for the CCC team projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy,
- Ensuring optimal deployment of resources and best practice sharing across the team and department to deliver on the business goals
- Motivating the team to meet individual and team goals
- Providing coaching, guidance, and support, setting professional development plans to assist employees in reaching their full potential
- Ensuring the Team has the right capabilities
What w're looking for:
We're looking for a person who:
- Has a Master’s Degree, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics or related field
- Has very good English language skills (B2/C1)
- Has a minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in SSC or BPO environment
- Has a minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement/PTP/SSC operations
- Works effectively both within a team, as well as in a self-directed manner
- Demonstrates ability to provide motivation, support, and coaching to direct line reports
- Shows good IT experience with Word, Excel (advanced usage), and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates project management skills
- Has solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Has extensive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates strategic problem-solving capabilities in business subjects
- Has a high focus on details and on-time delivery
- Shows a methodical approach, fact-based argumentation, and change management
- Shows motivation to improve and look for better solutions
- Demonstrates integrity, openness and reliability in interpersonal relations
- Is able to build and establish a good working relationship within the team and to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
