Role overview
Category Services Team, is currently consisting of 16 qualified specialists based in Poznan & Solihull. Together we provide procurement services for the global and WE countries
We are currently looking for an experienced specialist who will add value to the team by assisting global and regional Category Managers with the preparation and administration of contract documents.
What you’ll be doing
- supporting Category Managers in creation of Contracting Documents;
- monitoring of compliance of each contract created;
- administrating of contracts lifecycle within company and its system (Ariba);
- screening of the potential Carlsberg suppliers in terms of financial stability;
- coordinating Contract Workspace, Contract Term Compliance creation, update, edition and finalization;
- ensuring delivery of highest standard of departmental, cross departmental teamwork and customer service;
- other admin activities in Ariba.
What we’re looking for a person who:
- has University Degree;
- has a legal or procurement background (education or previous job experience);
- has proficiency in written and spoken English (min. B2);
- knowledge of Ariba, Adobe Sign (nice to have);
- understands business very well;
- has experience in Procurement and/or working with commercial contracts;
- presents effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- is skilled at self-management and self-motivated;
- is someone who works well with colleagues and seeks solutions beneficial to the company and everyone involved;
- is strategic in thinking, really attends to the growth of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
- quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, executes the company’s agenda.
