Role overview
The 3PP Contract Manager is a part of the WE Procurement team. The position has under its responsibility the management of all 3PP day-to-day supply activities in interaction with our Soft Drinks partners (PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Schweppes). Responsible for reporting and sharing findings, transferring best practice experiences across countries, and initiating, supporting, and following up on local, regional implementation of projects & opportunities.
Communication is required at all levels of the organization (Top Management, Local Management, Local procurement teams).
What you’ll be doing
- Communicate and work closely with key partners and their contacts
- Ensure internal communications and alignments across different functions (Global, Regional, Local)
- Manage arising situations in line with contractual terms
- Manage and support the implementation of NPD projects
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- Has min. 8 years of experience in Procurement or Logistics/Supply Chain, FMCG goods, preferably beverages
- Has a university degree
- Demonstrates end-to-end Supply Chain / Commercial knowledge
- Has international working experience
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrates solid analytical and communication skills, with the ability to condense complex issues into concise and relevant information
- Has cross-functional project leadership skills
- Has a solid financial and business understanding
