Role & team overview
Join our Data Excellence team within Carlsberg Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), where we work across functions and markets to ensure high standards in data management, governance, development, exploration and business use. As an Intern, you'll support our global digital transformation initiatives by helping build modern data models, reports, and analytics that empower decision‑making across Supply Chain.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with real business problems, diverse data sources, and modern analytics technologies—while working in an international, collaborative, and varied environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development of data warehouses and semantic data models using well known platforms such as MS Fabric, SQL or Python to meet business intelligence needs.
- Assisting in building visualization dashboards and reports in Power BI or Excel, turning data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders using the latest features and best practices available.
- Helping to maintain and improve existing reporting processes, including automation and troubleshooting.
- Contributing to data discovery, documentation, data quality checks, and process standardization.
- Participating in global strategic projects across Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Commercial teams.
- Collaborating with central teams and learning from experts across different technology and business domains.
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Communicate comfortably in English (min. B2).
- Have a teamwork mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Are available for at least 20 hours per week.
- Are currently studying or have basic exposure to Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or Supply Chain fields.
- Have basic experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, R, PowerQuery or a willingness to learn them.
- Demonstrate solid problem‑solving skills and curiosity to explore data.
- Show good communication skills and an ability to work in a matrix-style environment.
