This role is part of CompassPlus, a global program at Carlsberg enhancing Risk Management governance, building a future-ready organization, and supporting our Excellence agenda. The project focuses on the migration of data from an existing platform to a new platform that provides a holistic view of compliance in order to support business decisions.

 

We are looking for a Data Migration Intern to play a crucial role in shifting our company standards and datasets, creating our COM (Carlsberg Operational Manual), and supporting training material. Under guidance, this individual will get the opportunity to work on a global compliance tool, understand our company standards across various functions, and develop training materials using Synthesia, an AI video creator platform.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Migration of data to a new platform
  • Assess the accuracy and setup of the data migrated
  • Collaborate with functional leaders from various functions to integrate a similar approach for our COM
  • Create interactive training material to assist navigation around the new platform
  • Develop SharePoint for publishing updates on the platform to support change management
  • Power BI dashboards and custom visualizations to provide real-time compliance insights
  • Data and statistical analysis to support the Fund our Journey project

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
  • Experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights, trends, outliers, and data quality/validation
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data
  • Effective communication skills to engage different stakeholders
