Then come join us in Carlsberg CSS where we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Elevate Programme (ERP upgrade in our Western Europe).

 

What you’ll be doing

You will become an integral part of a blended team of experts in technology and business, both in-house Carlsberg staff and our strategic partners. You will be responsible for running a crucial project within our wider ERP upgrade programme which includes a variety of technical and business-process areas. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Ensuring adoption of the projects including controlling plan, team, progress, issues, and risks
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Manage strategic vendors and business partners
  • Support the team development and the ways of working in Carlsberg’s Western Europe Region
  • Support the critical role of ensuring Carlsberg's operational excellence after the go live of our new ERP system
  • Help coordinate the extensive task of designing the new Carlsberg ERP system
  • Be frequently exposed to senior stakeholders across the entire Carlsberg organization

 

 

What we’re looking for

A genuine, experienced, and engaged project manager who acts like a true collaborator and has the following: 

 

  • Solid experience from a similar position in a global company or consultancy
  • Demonstrated history of effective project execution
  • Solid English skills (min. C1)
  • Target Operating Model experience advantageous
  • Data experience advantageous
  • Solid coordination skills and ability to create and manage complex schedules
  • Solid toolset experience especially Microsoft Office and Jira
  • Good stakeholder management and ability to facilitate discussions at all levels of an organization
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to explain complicated information in a simple way
  • Experience both in waterfall and agile
