Role overview
The Commercial Centre of Excellence Team, currently consisting of 16 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide a wide range of controlling activities for Local Commercial Companies in Western Europe. Month end closing processes, supporting business with management reporting and financial planning in agreed timelines are the main responsibilities of the team.
What you’ll be doing
- frequent cooperation within the local Commercial team,
- building and maintaining close relationships with local organizations,
- cooperating with local entities based in Western Europe,
- playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- to ensure completeness and accuracy,
- ensuring Commercial P&L reporting is correct,
- preparing Management Reporting Package for the company management team,
- preparing financial and volume reports for Sales and Marketing teams,
- reporting Group financial results via Oracle HFM Tool,
- coordination of activities to identify and execute saving initiatives,
- preparing other ad hoc reports, sensitivity analysis, cost deep-dives etc.,
- ensuring financial processes run with high quality
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- has a university degree in Finance,
- has a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance with a solid knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis,
- has a very good command of written and spoken English,
- navigates easily in the Office 365 environment and has advanced practical experience of MS Excel and Power Point,
- has previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be beneficial),
- demonstrates proficient analytical skills,
- is able to work with a large amount of data and reconcile numbers between various systems and reports,
- is able to think critically and make appropriate decisions,
- quickly moves ideas into action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed, and drives the company’s agenda,
