Role & team overview
The internship in the Procurement Controlling Team provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and understand processes both from a business and system perspective. It is a unique opportunity to start your career where the whole finance process begins and effectively contributes to management decision-making processes. We are a team of finance specialists supporting the Western Europe Procurement Department. Our focus lies within Packaging and Raw materials used for production, together with globally purchased POS (Point of Sales) materials and 3PP (Third Party Products). The team's main area of responsibility is month-end closing and reporting activities, various analyses, and budgeting and planning processes
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing various reports and consolidating data using a variety of tools like SAP, SharePoint, Power BI & Excel
- Supporting with analysis of large data sets to detect inaccuracies and errors and ensure transparent and correct financial results • Participating in MEC (Month End Closing) and Budgeting processes
- Working daily with professionals from the Procurement and Finance world

We are looking for colleagues who:
