Role & team overview
The Financial Controlling & Accounting Team is all about financial reporting & internal controls. The team is focused on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of financial statements reported for Supply Chain and Commercial entities across Western Europe within established timelines. We cooperate with various stakeholders, taking into account finance and business processes impacting financial data, often applying an end-to-end perspective.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Financial Controllers in the financial month-end closing process;
- Supporting the process of assuring the correctness of transactional data in SAP (data checks, identifying problems, and supporting process improvements to address root causes);
- Supporting in the preparation of process documentation and internal instructions;
- Assisting with daily activities related to invoice processing;
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, new technology rollouts, and process design activities
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Enjoy working in an international environment and are team players
- Are open-minded, enthusiastic, and responsible
- Are proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Speak communicative English
- Are available for at least 20 hours per week
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication
- Are eager to learn new things
- Can quickly turn ideas into actions
