Role overview
This role will manage and coordinate compliance and risk transformation initiatives covering enhancements to compliance processes, tools, and governance to ensure our global program is fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations and business needs
You will work closely with function, market, and regional compliance leaders and teams across Legal & Compliance, Group Internal audit, and Finance Controls to enable further embedment of compliance into the organization’s culture and ways of working, with a particular focus on simplification, digitization, and enablement of first line of defense.
The role is responsible for transforming the global compliance program into a more proactive, integrated, and risk-based model.
What you’ll be doing
- Implementing compliance transformation initiatives aligned with the 3-year Legal, Risk, and Compliance strategic plan.
- Coordinating the deployment and optimisation of digital compliance tools (e.g., AuditBoard, third-party screening platforms, conflict of interest automation), in close collaboration with IIT and external solution providers.
- Identifying and promoting opportunities for process automation and the use of data analytics to enhance compliance risk management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Managing relationships with relevant vendors and technology partners to ensure effective delivery, performance, and alignment with business needs.
- Acting as a key liaison between the Group, market, and regional stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and adoption of compliance transformation projects across the business.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a good command of written and spoken English
- Has proven track record in leading transformation projects within governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), legal, finance, or internal audit functions in a global corporate environment.
- Is skilled at translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams across Legal & Compliance, ERM, Internal Audit, Finance, and IIT.
- Is an effective relationship builder with high emotional intelligence, able to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Is digitally curious and system proficient; comfortable exploring new tools, translating business needs into technical requirements, and partnering with IIT to deliver effective, tech-enabled solutions.
