Role overview
Carlsberg is embarking on an exciting digital transformation, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This position plays a key role in the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, supporting the design and implementation of supply chain processes across our Western European operations. You will collaborate closely with process leads, project managers, and external consultants to ensure efficient, future-ready solutions that enhance Carlsberg’s digital evolution.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Supply Chain stream.
- Analyse and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) supply chain processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Support workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis for key areas such as procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by coordinating with functional leads, data, and integration teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process maps, design specifications, and test scripts in SAP Signavio.
- Support system testing, issue resolution, and user acceptance phases.
- Monitor and report project progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 years of Professional experience in business analysis or project coordination, ideally within FMCG or a similarly high-volume, global environment.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, engaged, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
