Role & team overview
This role is part of ISC Group Capabilities, supporting our Carlsberg Excellence and Funding Our Journey agenda.
We are looking for a Group Capabilities Intern to play a crucial role in digitalizing ISC Academy materials using Synthesia interactive e-learning, aligning our company standards and datasets, and supporting the creation of training materials. Under guidance, this individual will have the opportunity to work on a global compliance tool and develop training materials using Synthesia, an AI video-creation platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating AI‑based interactive training materials for ISC Academy
- Developing e‑learning modules for the Learning Management System used by People at Carlsberg
- Migrating data to a new platform
- Assessing the accuracy and setup of the migrated data
- Designing Power BI dashboards and custom visualizations to provide real‑time compliance insights
- Familiarizing yourself with Carlsberg Operational Excellence ways of working
- Conducting data and statistical analysis to support the Fund Our Journey project
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Enjoy an international environment
- Have proficiency in MS Office
- Speak English communicatively
- Have a teamwork approach
- Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
- Experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights, trends, outliers, and data quality/validation
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data
- Effective communication skills to engage different stakeholders
- Creative and able to translate business or operational requirements into clear learning objectives
