Role overview

 

Join the local IT Onsite team and play a hands-on role in supporting business users with their day-to-day IT needs. You will provide both proactive and reactive on-site support, working closely with end users and helping them get the most out of Office 365 through practical guidance and knowledge sharing. The position is part of the Group Integrated IT structure, offering collaboration within a broader, well-organized IT environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Supporting 500 users in Poznań onsite and remotely working from home.
  • Providing basic training for users with a focus on new employees: connecting to the network, installing the printer, using Carlsberg IT tools, setting up the email, booking meeting rooms, and showing them basic tools and applications. Assist users on a daily basis.
  • Assisting users with Microsoft O365 issues.
  • Supporting local applications.

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates who:

 

  • Have interest in IT Infrastructure and Service Operations practices
  • Enjoy an international environment
  • Have proficiency in MS Office
  • Speak English communicatively
  • Have a teamwork approach
  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
  • Are willing to work from the office (onsite work)
