Ready to take a leading role and elevate a procurement team delivering real business impact?

This is your opportunity to lead a centralized Indirect Procurement Buyer team at the core of sourcing delivery across Western Europe.

Working from our Shared Service Center and reporting directly to the Senior Director, Indirect Procurement Western Europe, you will manage and develop a team of buyers while collaborating closely with local business partners, regional category managers, and business stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and developing the team – inspiring, coaching, and growing a team of indirect buyers, ensuring clear objectives, solid performance, and a high level of engagement
  • Managing sourcing delivery end-to-end – delivering complex sourcing projects and overseeing tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract execution across the team, ensuring high-quality and SLA-compliant outcomes
  • Partnering with key stakeholders – collaborating with Local Procurement teams, and Regional/Global stakeholders across Western Europe, aligning delivery with business needs and managing expectations effectively
  • Ensuring operational excellence – supporting standardization, optimizing resource allocation and workload, and continuously improving processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Driving governance and compliance – ensuring consistency with procurement policies, supporting audit and control requirements, and providing transparency on team performance and delivery

 

What we’re looking for

  • A procurement leader who is able to deliver outcomes, not just processes
  • A skilled people developer with a genuine commitment to coaching, building capability, and creating an engaged team
  • A business-minded problem solver who focuses on improvement and brings smarter, more efficient solutions
  • An effective connector who builds trust and collaborates with stakeholders across functions, markets, and cultures
  • A tech-savvy operator comfortable navigating procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and using data to shape decisions
  • At least 4 years of experience in procurement, including exposure to sourcing activities
  • Experience in stakeholder management across multiple markets or functions
  • Previous leadership experience (would be beneficial)
  • Fluency in English
