What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the procurement team with indirect sourcing projects and tenders.
- Signing contracts with suppliers and ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Learning to report savings and prepare procurement-related reports.
- Collaborating with local Carlsberg entities to understand their purchasing needs.
- Participating in team projects to enhance procurement processes.
- Collaborating with local and regional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is communicative in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages, such as German, would be beneficial.
- Has 2-3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect purchasing
- Demonstrates effective organizational skills along with careful attention to detail.
- Shows interest in learning and developing skills in procurement and sourcing.
- Navigates smoothly in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba would be beneficial.
- Enjoys working in a multicultural and challenging environment.
- Demonstrates a proactive and team-oriented mindset, looking for solutions that benefit the team and the organization.
