The Intelligent Automation Developer is part of the CoE for Intelligent Automation in Poznan. Our team of 16 experts specializes in designing customized solutions tailored to the Carlsberg Group's business needs. Our vision is to be the brewers of the future, by inspiring and enabling Carlsberg to unlock new levels of efficiency and growth through intelligent automation.
The Intelligent Automation Developer use their programming background and experience to support and deliver the low-code solutions to support all Carlsberg markets and processes globally.

 

What you’ll be doing 

 

  • Developing and maintaining solutions in low-code tools such as MS Power Platform
  • Providing development estimates and working closely with Business Analyst to understand business problems and provide solutions
  • Creating insights and formulating actions to improve development & maintenance process
  • Updating technical documentation such as SDD
  • Communicating risks and issues

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • At least 1 year of proven experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Experience and knowledge of other low-code development tools such as UiPath - RPA (Robotics Process Automation), OCR software (Optical Character Recognition) is an asset
  • Ability to work independently/ with little support and to support less experienced colleagues
  • Experience and knowledge of SQL or any other relational database is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
  • Ability to assess new ideas and provide solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively alone and within teams with a “hand-on” approach
  • Experience working with virtual and dispersed teams
  • Experience with Agile methodology and supporting tools is an asset
  • Fluent English speaker
