Role overview
As a Junior AP Coordinator, you will work with a great team of professionals and support our accounts payable financial operations with your knowledge and skills. The team's primary goal is to ensure that the invoice-handling process is standardized and working efficiently and effectively. It also ensures that suppliers and stakeholders from 14 countries in Western Europe will collaborate smoothly with Carlsberg Accounts Payable.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries
- Ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
- Responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
- Resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly
- Performing analysis of invoices in the process
- Support coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk
- Working on process improvements and when required participating in projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- has a documented educational background in the finance area or equivalent experience
- is communicative in English (both written and spoken); additional knowledge of French or German would be beneficial.
- is a team player and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
- can coordinate communication professionally with stakeholders both from local organizations and suppliers
- navigates easily in MS Office, especially Excel
- has experience working with systems like SAP
- can work in a fast-paced environment
