Role overview
Central Contract Coordination Team is all about performing procurement operational activities. This team, currently made of 10 experts, is responsible for supporting and coordinating purchase contracts and materials maintenance for 16 markets belonging to Carlsberg Group.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the team and Global Category Managers for providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system
- Managing and maintenance of category pricelist files
- Providing to necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
- Dealing with price discrepancies on supplier’s invoices
- Responsible for purchasing contracts & materials creation process
- Maintaining & ensuring that the governance for purchasing contract & master data maintenance is applied
- Building a solid, wide network and relations with colleagues
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- Has University degree
- Has very good command of written and spoken English (B2 or C1)
- Has practical experience with Microsoft Office package
- Have an understanding of the agreed quality standards and are committed to delivering them
- Demonstrates engagement, self-management, openness and a high level of professionalism
- Has effective communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Enjoy international environment
- Work well with others and have adept organizational skills
- Are focus on the details and able to meet tight schedules
The following skills are beneficial:
- Experience with working in SAP environment
