JUNIOR FP&A ANALYST, COMMERCIAL CONTROLLING, POZNAŃ
Role overview
The Commercial Centre of Excellence Team, currently consisting of 16 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide a wide range of controlling activities for Local Commercial Companies in Western Europe. Month-end closing processes, supporting business with management reporting and financial planning within agreed-upon timelines, are the main responsibilities of the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating frequently with the local Commercial team.
- Working closely with functional partners and other team members to understand data and analytical requirements.
- Cooperating with local entities based in Western Europe,
- Participating in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy,
- Ensuring the accuracy of Commercial P&L reporting.
- Preparing the Management Reporting Package for the company’s management team.
- Providing financial planning support, including templates, tools, and updates based on stakeholder requirements.
- Reporting specific market/area financial results using Oracle HFM Tool,
- Supporting the coordination of activities aimed at identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives.
- Preparing ad hoc reports, sensitivity analyses, cost deep-dives, and other financial insights.
- Ensuring financial processes run with high quality
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- Holds a university degree in Finance or has student status,
- Has a general understanding of IFRS and accounting
- Possesses a very good command of written and spoken English.
- Navigates easily within the Office 365 environment and has practical experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Is familiar with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA, and HFM (knowledge of these tools would be beneficial).
- Demonstrates solid analytical skills.
- Is capable of working with large datasets and reconciling figures across various systems and reports.
