This role offers a unique opportunity to combine risk, controls, technology, and innovation. You will play a key role in the ongoing administration and development of our GRC platform while supporting the team's work with AI-enabled solutions, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Over time, you will become a trusted point of contact for both system-related topics and new technology opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to contribute to and influence the future internal control, GRC technology, and AI landscape across the Carlsberg Group.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the functional administrator of our GRC platform (Optro), responsible for ongoing system maintenance, configuration, testing, user support, and continuous development.
• Supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for internal controls, both as standalone solutions and integrated into our GRC technology landscape.
• Driving the development and enhancement of internal control dashboards, reporting capabilities, and data insights.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of our global internal control environment through training, user support, communication, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Participating in cross-functional projects across the Carlsberg Group and helping ensure appropriate consideration of internal controls, technology, and process efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners across the Carlsberg Group to support the development of digital risk and control solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has an interest in technology, data, and digital solutions, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in GRC systems and related business applications.
• Enjoys solving technical problems, supporting system users, and driving continuous improvement of processes, controls, and tools.
• Is curious about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and motivated to help identify and implement practical use cases that create business value.
• Is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of tasks, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrates a collaborative mindset
