Role overview
The role of a Junior Specialist is to support a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes depending on the needs from Western European Markets. This way you will have a chance to get to know the full business path from becoming our customer, through the contractual deals, we set up to an order and settlement after a delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and maintain customer master data records.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
- Support digital archiving processes.
- Draft and amend commercial contracts.
- Create and maintain rebate agreements.
- Assist with pricing maintenance activities.
- Perform order management tasks.
- Handle additional tasks as requested.
What we’re looking for
- Good command of written and spoken English (min. B2).
- Knowledge of Office365 environment.
- Experience in using MS Excel.
- Experience of working with SAP would be an asset.
- Demonstrates analytical mindset.
- Is meticulous and diligent.
