Role overview

 

We seek a Junior Travel & Expenses Specialist to join our dynamic team in Poznań. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable exposure to Travel & Expenses (T&E) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. You will play a key role in managing Travel & P-Card expenses for colleagues across nine Western European countries, using cutting-edge tools such as Neo and CitiManager.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • processing Expense Claims: You will manage and process claims using our Travel & Expense Management Tool;
  • managing Documents: You will post and upload documents efficiently within our systems;
  • handling Communication: You will respond to inquiries from employees and local markets with professionalism and clarity;
  • preparing Reports: You will prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in financial tracking and analysis;
  • supporting Account Reconciliation: You will help reconcile travel accounts and manage credit balances;
  • assisting with Data Maintenance: You will perform administrative tasks related to data upkeep and accuracy;
  • contributing to Process Improvement: You will work on improving processes for greater efficiency.

 

We’re looking for a person who

 

  • holds a University Degree in Finance or has equivalent experience;
  • is proficient in English (B2+); knowledge of Polish, German, or French is a plus;
  • has previous experience in SSC, BPO, or Procurement & Finance processes;
  • is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is an advantage;
  • possesses exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
  • is dedicated, customer-focused, and brings a strong work ethic to everything they do;
  • thrives in a diverse, multi-cultural team environment and embraces challenges with enthusiasm;
  • is a collaborative team player who actively seeks out solutions that benefit the company, colleagues, and themselves;
  • has strong analytical abilities, and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve and measure results.
