Role overview
We are a central team of 12 people working to ensure Carlsberg WE has high-quality Master Data for customers, materials, and vendors that is compliant, secure, and managed efficiently. The team members are currently located in 5 markets, CH, SE, UK, PL, and NO, but our area of responsibility is WE. The purpose of the Cross-Functional Master Data – Data Controller is to be responsible for Master Data object structure and governance (vendor, material or customer), also in some cases creation and maintenance of Masterdata in various systems including SAP.
What you’ll be doing
- Working mainly within Customer master data area.
- Validating and executing requests for creation and changes to Customer (potentially supporting cvendor and material) masterdata that comes through Service Now requests.
- Cooperate and engage with local market SME’s, service owners, and various functions within Carlsberg.
- Drive/participate in communities and workgroups.
- Ensuring the relevant master data object (Vendor, Material, or Customer) is compliant with policies.
- Maintaining Master Data integrity.
- Building and ensuring sustainability in the use of the agreed framework for data management in each market.
- Preparing dashboards/reports with KPIs to support business.
- Analyzing KPIs and data in the relevant Master Data object (Vendor, Material, or Customer).
- Providing the best solution to relevant stakeholders.
- Taking full ownership of the object, providing expertise on various master data object-related issues.
What we’re looking for
We're looking for a colleague who:
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Has very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Has working experience with SAP
- Has experience in working with Customer Master Data (potentially Vendor / material master data)
- Has solid analytical skills
- Has good communication skills
- has a basic understanding of the SKP tool (it is an advantage )
