At Carlsberg Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), we combine passion, innovation and purpose to create smarter, more efficient supply chain network designs across the world. We are now looking for a Network Design Intern to join our team in Poznań, Poland.

 

You'll join our Strategic Planning & Network Design (SP&ND) team—a group of supply chain experts based in Poland and Switzerland—who work every day to optimize global supply chain networks, improve profitability, enhance service, and support long-term growth.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the analysis of end-to-end supply chain networks, including breweries, warehouses, depots and customer locations.
  • Assisting the team in identifying opportunities to reduce total delivered costs, improve service levels and optimise asset utilisation.
  • Supporting the preparation and interpretation of data, modelling outputs and visualisations for business discussions and decision-making.
  • Helping to maintain data quality and contributing to improvements in analytical methods, models and reporting tools.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders across different functions and locations on ongoing network design projects.

 

What we expect

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, physics or another related quantitative field.
  • Has very good Excel skills and feels comfortable working with big data sets.
  • Has knowledge of data visualisation tools, SQL and Python
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail and an interest in solving data-related problems.
  • Is curious, eager to learn and willing to develop their knowledge of supply chain analytics and network design.
  • Communicates effectively in English and enjoys working in an international environment.
  • Is available for at least 20 hours per week.
