Role & team overview
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn PMO Assistant Intern to support the Finance stream of our S/4HANA migration project. This internship offers a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain exposure to project coordination and ERP transformation, working alongside experienced professionals in finance and project management.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist the Finance Project Manager with day-to-day coordination and administrative support
- Help track project progress, deliverables, and key milestones using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Excel
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking notes
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Enjoy the international environment
- Speak English communicatively
- Have a teamwork approach
- Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint especially); familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a bonus, but not required
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
