Role overview

 

  • We are currently looking for a PTP Process Specialist in the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) area to support an ongoing regional project as Subject Matter Expert. This role supports the Supplier Management Lead in the effective execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement of SRM processes, systems, and governance, ensuring high quality operational outcomes and compliance with defined standards. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, solid data management skills, comprehensive understanding of Supplier Relationship Management processes and experience in SRM systems (SKP, Ariba SLP, SAP).

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • acting as a Subject Matter Expert for SRM processes (supplier onboarding/offboarding) supplier master data, supplier lifecycle management and supplier performance
  • supporting execution and continuation of the rollout of Ariba SLP and all items included in the Elevate roadmap for SRM.
  • partnering closely with the Supplier Management Lead to support process improvements, standardization initiatives across regions and categories and system enhancements within the SRM area
  • supporting SRM initiatives as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation, including requirements validation or testing
  • coordinating the resolution of current open challenges and defects among the SRM systems,
  • collaborating with procurement, quality, compliance, risk, finance, and other cross‑functional stakeholders around vendor management area,
  • ensuring alignment of SRM processes with internal policies, audit requirements, and industry standards;
  • supporting training content creation and delivering advanced training sessions for business users on SRM methodologies, tools, and best practices;
  • contributing to technical integration between SRM systems (SLP-SKP)

 

We are looking for a person who:

 

  • has at least 3 years of professional experience in SRM area, vendor master data management, supplier onboarding processes, or Purchase-to-Pay environments — preferably in a shared services or global business services environment;
  • has experience in Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) – essential
  • has a solid understanding of supplier onboarding, qualification, due diligence, and documentation validation;
  • proficient in English (B2+)
  • navigates easily in MS Office package;
  • has great organizational skills, motivation and accuracy;
  • has experience working with SAP
  • demonstrates effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
  • quickly moves ideas into actions, completes plans and projects with quality and speed, and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda;
  • has good analytical skills
  • experience in preparing training content or conducting training sessions would be beneficial
