Role overview

 

Join Carlsberg Shared Services (CSS) as a PTP Process Specialist and support the implementation of new process and system solutions across e‑invoicing, Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expenses (T&E) for European markets. You will coordinate and execute test cycles, validate results and ensure smooth, compliant adoption of upcoming regulatory and system changes within SAP S/4HANA, NEO and SAP Ariba. Focus: e-Invoicing, Accounts Payable & Travel & Expenses for Western Europe markets (CSS).

 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Coordinating, executing and validating test cycles for AP, T&E as e‑invoicing solutions.
  • Supporting deployment activities and ensuring market readiness during solution rollouts.
  • Analyzing European e‑invoicing requirements and their impact on AP/T&E processes.
  • Cooperating with IT, global teams and markets on process adjustments and integrations.
  • Providing reporting and monitoring support across AP, T&E and e‑invoicing (compliance, volumes, statuses, troubleshooting trends).
  • Preparing ad‑hoc analyses supporting decision‑making and risk assessment.
  • Sharing process knowledge, delivering trainings and maintaining Invoice‑to‑Pay documentation to support operational readiness.

 

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has:

 

  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expenses, or PTP / StP.
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA), SAP Ariba, NEO, Concur.
  • Understanding of e invoicing and European regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of invoicing standards and electronic document workflows is a strong plus.
  • Critical thinking skills and proficiency in handling data.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (min. B2); SSC/GBS experience welcomed.
