Role overview

 

Procurement Analytics Team is part of a WE Procurement department in Carlsberg within the Category Services in the Global Shared Service Center. Procurement Analytic Team gathers and integrates data, performs analysis, interprets results, and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the markets. Procurement Analytics members support Regional and Global Procurement in gathering and maintaining data.  

The Team supports Leadership in understanding procurement performance and creates visibility and transparency across markets’ activities globally.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Own the procurement analytics strategic agenda
  • Manages Business Continuity ensuring all activities and processes are completed and updated 
  • Drive transformation and standardization of the current processes as a part of continuous improvement
  • Identification of process gaps & improvement opportunities
  • Communicating complex data processes, analyses, models, and stories to coworkers and Management
  • Support in researching and providing relevant information on best practices on all areas of operational excellence based on cross-internal and external benchmarks.
  • Handle implementation work and determine the nature of support for users

 

What we're looking for:

  • Higher education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in economics, computer science, engineering or mathematics
  • IT and Procurement tools at an advanced level (incl. Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
  • Knowledge and experience with the Sievo tool will be an asset
  • Educational background in Science or IT will be a strong asset
  • English advanced (fluent-written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics (Procurement/Supply Chain as a plus)
  • Good understanding of internal stakeholders' needs
  • Basic knowledge of Business Process Mapping
