What you’ll be doing
- Direct the development and support of data-driven solutions, with a dedicated focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate the design, development, and delivery of new data products and enhancements, guaranteeing they meet business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of features, from initial concept through development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective prioritization, resource allocation, and execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and functional queries related to data products, ensuring efficient issue resolution and enhancing continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a motivated professional with a Data and Analytics background. Previous experience within the FMCG industry will be an asset. To thrive in the role, we imagine that you possess:
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Product Owner or Data Analyst, with a significant focus on data-driven solutions.
- Ability to analyse and interpret large, complex data sets using a variety of analytical tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and architecture, enabling efficient data structuring and integration.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially in its data and analytics services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage Explorer.
- experience with Power BI, including advanced data modeling and visualization; knowledge of DAX is a plus.
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication, certification would be a plus.
- Advanced skills in critical incident handling, problem-solving, and root cause analysis, storytelling.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and the other way.
- Fluency in English (min. B2).
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications in business contexts is a plus.
