Role Overview


Carlsberg is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and we’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Source to Pay stream within the SAP S/4HANA migration program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global initiative, ensuring smooth execution of finance-related deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Coordinating and tracking deliverables within the Source to Pay stream, collaborating with StP Leads, BPMs, SMEs, developers, external consultants, as well as the Lead Project Manager.
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining project dashboards using tools such as Jira and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Preparing and updating project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Supporting change management activities and ensuring alignment across S2P processes.
  • Organizing and facilitating project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item follow-up.
  • Coordinating e-invoicing implementation across markets, ensuring alignment with regulatory and global standards.
  • Monitoring ERP (e.g., S/4HANA) integrations and testing with e-invoicing platforms.
  • Collaborating with tax, legal, and technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Procurement, Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or SAP projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
