Role & team overview
Purchasing Support team is a group of 10 coordinators who on a daily basis are responsible for supporting the business (9 Western Europe markets) with purchasing processes for Indirect categories.
Team provides 1st level of user support in SAP Ariba procurement tool helping the users in PR to PO conversion through the right buying channel, ensures adherence to the SLA, supports global policies execution (e.g. Procurement, No PO No Pay), prepares training materials and conducts the end-user trainings.
During the internship you will become an important part of our team. You will have a chance to learn about purchasing processes, get to known broadly used Procurement system (SAP Ariba) and provide ongoing support for our internal team but also for market stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Validation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP Ariba for Western Europe markets
- Provide support for Purchasing Support team tasks
- Provide system support for local organizations
- Provide support to Vendor Management team in creation and maintenance of vendor accounts
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Enjoy international environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues

- Have a proficiency in MS Office
- Speak English communicatively (min. B2)
- Have a team work approach
- Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
