Join the Harmonized Reporting Team and contribute to enhanced performance insights at Carlsberg. You’ll design reports for senior leadership and advance automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps within a team focused on precision, innovation, and datadriven solutions.

  

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing & Enhancing: Building new, insightful reports and implementing smart improvements to existing dashboards.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborating closely with operational and financial teams to gather, translate, and deliver on their reporting requirements.
  • Automation focus: Participating in the automation of reporting processes using tools like Power Automate, Python, or VBA.
  • Ensuring Quality: Performing robust data validation to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and trust in our reports.
  • Documentation: Maintaining and updating clear reporting documentation to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
  • User Empowerment: Leading or supporting training sessions to help end-users maximize the value of our reports and analytical tools.

What we’re looking for

  • Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar corporate environment.
  • Educational Background: A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a closely related analytical field.
  • Growth Mindset: A solid motivation for technical and analytical development, with a readiness to explore new data tools.
  • Technical Foundations: Solid, practical knowledge of Power BI (including data import, data modeling, and creating user-friendly visualizations).
  • Excel Proficiency: Solid knowledge of MS Excel for deep-dive data manipulation.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Willingness to identify inefficiencies and propose automated solutions.
  • Speak English fluently

 

Nice to have

  • Scripting & Automation: Basic understanding or practical experience with Python and/or VBA to help automate repetitive tasks and support advanced data workflows.
