Role & team overview

  

The Risk & Internal Control (RIC) team is responsible for maintaining and developing Carlsberg’s Internal Control Framework and supporting the organization in the identification of high risks. The internal controls are requirements on why, how, and whom to execute and document specific actions to minimize high risks in general and to ensure the integrity, validity, accuracy, and completeness of processes, data, and reporting. In other words, the internal controls are the “checks and balances” we as an organization carry out to prevent errors, intentional as well as unintentional.

What you will be doing

 

  • Familiarizing yourself with the Internal control framework
  • Participating in projects run within Group Risk and Internal Control incl. review /testing of controls, verification of compliance with relevant procedures, controls self-assessment, actions monitoring, maintenance of selected reports, etc.
  • Communicating with different stakeholders
  • Learning the basics of the Segregation of Duties/Access Management concept and its use in practice
  • Using a variety of tools like Excel, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI
  • Cooperating with other markets /countries.

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

 

  • Have strong organizational skills, dedication, and accuracy
  • Are tech-savvy
  • Have a basic finance knowledge
  • Would like to work in the international environment
  • Are open-minded, enthusiastic, and responsible
  • Quickly put ideas into actions
  • Have a proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
  • Speak English communicatively
  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
