Risk & Internal Controls Intern, Poznań

 

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Supporting the performance of internal control effectiveness testing across various markets under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Supporting control walkthroughs by preparing documentation, gathering evidence, and summarizing process descriptions.
  • Participating in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Helping maintain documentation repositories (e.g., Control Self-Assessment files, testing folders, Management Follow-Up updates).
  • Supporting the review of Minimum Key Requirements compliance and followup on open items.
  • Assisting in crossfunctional projects within Group Risk & Internal Controls, including workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Providing administrative support to the team when needed (meeting scheduling, notes, followups).

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

 

  • Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English (spoken and written).
  • Are proactive, detailoriented, and willing to learn internal control methodologies.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Show curiosity about finance, risk management, compliance, or audit.
  • Have a collaborative, teamfocused attitude and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Are organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Are available for at least 20 hours per week.
