Role overview

 

Sales Support Germany & Poland has an important role in the Sales Support area of the Customer to Cash process flow. This team is dedicated to strengthening sales performance across our West European markets through a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes by deploying an end-to-end perspective towards work organisation. Our team is mainly responsible for setting up and settling rebates, allocating sales volume, taking care of pricing and Customer Master Data.

The team consists of about 10 members with many different backgrounds and skills and we look forward to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for the new joiners to explore commercial back-end operations and work in an international  flexible environment.  

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Create and maintain Customer Master Data for customers from Germany and Poland
  • prepare analyses and reporting of Customer Master Data  to provide answers to any question an internal customer might have
  • cross-check queries with Customer Master Data and provide information based on internal customer setup
  • provide advice on technical queries and contributing to your team’s collective knowledge by preparing and updating process documentation
  • Supporting Team in ad-hoc tasks
  • Working with reports and data analysis

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Enjoy international environment

  • Have proficiency in MS Office
  • Speak English communicatively  and have good  German skills
  • Have a teamwork approach
  • Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
  • Are action-driven and problem solvers;
  • Have great communication skills
  • Are willing to develop in the area of sales support
