We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into Procurement and Supply Chain areas where you can become a valued Partner for management decision-making processes.

We are a team of finance specialists supporting Western Europe Procurement Department.  In scope of our responsibility is a wide range of Packaging and Raw materials used in Production, globally purchased POS materials and 3PP (Third Party Products) portfolio. The main tasks of the team focus around month end closing and reporting activities, various business analysis and budgeting & planning processes.

 

  

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Close cooperation and support for the Group Procurement Team located in Switzerland
  • Preparation of monthly closing processes ensuring transparency and accuracy of reported data
  • Playing a critical role in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Supporting ongoing changes and improvements in data processing jointly with end users and key stakeholders to ensure relevance to business requirements in an easy-to-use/easy-to-understand manner
  • Trouble shoot problems that could adversely influence Group Procurement performance results and proactively use problem-solving techniques to rectify
  • Securing early warning and escalation where plans are off track to identify and collaboratively address deviations between “actuals and plan”
  • Coordination of activities to identify and implement saving initiatives
  • Supporting Finance and Procurement Teams & key stakeholders with ad hoc analysis as part of projects or operations
  • Ensuring financial processes run flawlessly and with high quality

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • at least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling;
  • a solid knowledge of financial controlling E2E processes and data analysis;
  • good communication skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organization;
  • very good proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point (Power BI will be an asset);
  • experience in working with SAP or other ERP system
