Senior Project Coordinator – Customer to Cash, Poznań

 

Role overview

Carlsberg is embarking on a major digital transformation, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our SAP S/4HANA migration initiative, supporting the Customer to Cash (CtC) process within the Finance stream.

 

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Coordinate and manage deliverables within the Customer to Cash stream, working closely with the CtC Lead, External consultants and Finance Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress using tools such as Jira, SAP cloud ALM
  • Assist in the development of project documentation, including status reports, change management strategies, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment and timely execution
  • Organize and support project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item tracking and closure

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration's, Finance, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field
  • Proficient organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within an FMCG or similar high-demand industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional team environment
