Role overview
You support the Swiss market in managing purchasing and accounts payable processes. Based in Poznan but integrated into the Swiss team, you will work as a subject matter specialist, advisor, and support specialist for the local business. Accounting responsibilities are also a part of your role.
What you’ll be doing
- You advise and train your colleagues on issues relating to purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- You maintain user authorizations for the purchasing and accounts payable workflow in SAP.
- You maintain our intranet pages in the accounting/purchasing area.
- You support the Swiss team with accounting tasks.
What we’re looking for
- You already have professional experience in a financial role related to procurement and accounts payable processes.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You're engaged and enjoy sharing and implementing your own ideas.
- You appreciate a diverse area of responsibility, with a well-developed service orientation.
- Experience using common IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP) is an advantage.
