Supplier Management Lead
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT LEAD, Poznań
Role overview
As a Supplier Management Lead, you will support and shape supplier‑related processes within the Elevate S2P program. This role provides exposure to supplier onboarding, lifecycle management and system enablement, with a focus on standardization, compliance and continuous improvement across Western Europe.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and coordinate Supplier Management activities, including supplier onboarding/offboarding and supplier lifecycle topics.
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
- Monitor and support improvements related to supplier data quality and basic KPIs.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Vendor Management, Finance/AP and IT on supplier‑related initiatives.
- Support documentation, trainings and communication for Supplier Management processes.
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in English, min. B2/C1.
- Experience with SAP Ariba or similar platforms.
- Experience in procurement, supplier management or S2P‑related roles.
- Interest in process improvement, systems and data quality.
- Good understanding of supplier onboarding and master data topics (practical experience is an advantage, not a must).
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a structured way.
- Demonstrates initiative and willingness to manage assigned topics.
- Experience in international project environments.
