Supply Chain Transformation Intern, POZNAŃ
Role & team overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the global OnePlan team, Carlsberg’s supply chain planning transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct, practical experience in a digital transformation, and international stakeholder collaboration. You will support the coordination of market rollouts, analyse and report adoption and performance data, and contribute to value-creation initiatives across multiple regions. Working closely with colleagues in Supply Chain and IT, you will gain real exposure to how global programmes are governed and delivered in a complex, rapidly evolving business landscape.
What you’ll be doing
- Track and report adoption and value improvements
- Support Programme Lead with monthly adoption and value reviews with the regions
- Produce communication materials for OnePlan programme
We are looking for colleagues who
- Enjoy an international environment
- Speak English communicatively (min. B2)
- Have a teamwork approach
- Are available for at least 20 hours per week
- Are willing to adjust their schedule and can do multiple tasks
- Able to collate information and produce reports
- Are diligent, pay close attention to detail
