Role overview

We are looking for a person who will help us build a strong and future-ready organization by attracting, developing, and retaining the right people. In this role, you will connect business needs with people development, build a clear Learning and Development Strategy, and ensure we have a solid pipeline of leaders and key capabilities. 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Building the company’s Learning and Development Strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Driving the Talent Management approach across the organization
  • Designing and running leadership and capability development programs
  • Partnering with leaders to develop team capabilities
  • Identifying capability gaps and creating development solutions
  • Connecting key P&C processes: recruitment, development, performance, and succession
  • Shaping high-quality recruitment standards and the Talent Acquisition approach
  • Enhancing the internal talent pipeline for critical roles

 

What we’re looking for

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Several years of experience working in P&C, particularly in Talent Management or Learning & Development
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
  • A passion for learning, innovation, and shaping culture through development
  • Background in creating and delivering impactful development programs
  • The ability to partner effectively with business leaders
  • Practical knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and Development Planning
  • A background in building or shaping Learning and Development Strategies
  • The ability to manage People & Culture initiatives or projects that support organizational growth
